About me

I am a licensed psychotherapist and coach based in the Bay Area. I work primarily with populations who hold identities that are typically marginalized in American society. This includes people of color, LGBTQ+ folk, first and second generation immigrants, individuals from working class families, and people with disabilities.

In my therapy work, I support clients struggling with depression, anxiety, shame, identity issues, relationship problems, and intergenerational trauma. As a coach, I engage in transformational work with my clients, helping them to gain a deep understanding and embodiment of themselves and their strengths, unleashing the power of authenticity in goal achievement.

I am compassionate and nonjudgmental, quick to see people’s strengths, even in areas they may consider weaknesses. I am enthusiastic about helping my clients achieve their goals, and I am curious about discovering who they truly are and what makes them tick. I am real, honest, and direct. I work well with highly intellectual, goal driven individuals.
